Pemberton Drive - Cash back Terms & Conditions
TAIFIELD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
- From 10 March 2010 to 24 June 2010 purchasers of sections in the vendor's subdivision at Pemberton Drive, Darfield, will automatically become eligible to enter a draw to receive a single cash back prize of up to $70,000.00.
- The cash back prize will be a minimum of $30,000 if one (1) to three (3) sections are sold. This will increase by $10,000 increments for the fourth and each subsequent section sold up to a maximum of $70,000 for seven (7) or more sections sold by 5 pm, 24 June 2010.
- All purchasers whose contracts are unconditional or become unconditional prior to 5 pm, 24 June 2010 are eligible for entry into the draw.
- The cash back prize will be drawn at 3pm on 25 June 2010 at Pemberton Drive, Darfield (or at an alternative location the details of which are to be advised in the event of inclement weather) and will occur under Police supervision.
- If, following completion of the draw, the winning purchaser does not settle and the contract is cancelled pursuant to clause 9 of the Auckland District Law Society Agreement for Sale and Purchase (8th edition 2006 (2)), a further draw will be held amongst the remaining eligible purchasers, for the same amount less $10,000 for each unsettled and terminated contract.
- The cash back prize is a Sales Promotion Scheme as defined by the Gambling Act 2003.
